Doosan Infracore recently launched an integrated website for the Construction Equipment BG (www.doosaninfracore.com/ce). Previously, the websites were operated by region.
On January 2, the company announced the opening of an integrated website for the Construction Equipment BG as part of the Doosan Infracore Web Innovation Phase 2 Project. The aimed to secure integrated marketing opportunities, enhance user convenience, and expand operational efficiency.
The new website features Doosan’s identity-based designs and information structure. Global Navigator and the Global Index Page were introduced to strengthen global connectivity between regions and relevant websites. The information on products, aftermarket, the company and dealers was bolstered, and easy-to-search and easy-to-access information interfaces were adopted. The global index page was designed to effectively reflect regional and language requirements in line with expanding global businesses and changing business environments. This strengthened online marketing channel support aims to secure market leaderships fast. The revamped integrated website enables visitors to experience Doosan Infracore brands online, and to search information easily and conveniently.
A Doosan Infracore official said, "The internal and external need increased to integrate the operation of regional websites in the Construction Equipment BG. The company’s key markets, namely, China, South America and the Middle East, are increasing in importance, so we will further bolster the management of and linguistic support for the integrated website.” He continued to emphasize, “We will accommodate customers’ opinions as much as possible and foster our website as a representative website in the global construction machine industry.”
