The Doosan Classic golf tournament was recently held in the Philippines, in association with InfraMachineries, authorized Doosan dealer in the Philippines. Networking opportunities and entertaining events attracted more than 100 customers to the tournament.

With a ceremonial start by Executive Managing Director Heeeun Ahn of Doosan and President Eduardo P. Trinidad of InfraMachineries, attendees played golf together. After the round of golf, they returned to the clubhouse for a buffet lunch and award ceremony.

Since its start in 2011, InfraMachineries has grown exponentially to achieve 10 percent market share. During the opening speech, Trinidad extended his gratitude to attendees including VIPs, competitors’ customers and government officials. In addition, Ahn said, “President Trinidad is a perfect partner who often visits customers’ job sites and puts great emphasis on product support. This is exactly in line with Doosan’s top priority to provide total customer care.”

The Doosan Classic was organized to enhance brand awareness in the Filipino market. The winners of the tournament were given a ticket to The Open Championship. Doosan is an official patron of the Open Championship, which is held at Royal Lytham & St. Anne’s Golf Club in the UK. Two winners received tickets to the Open.
