Doosan Infracore Wins a 20 ADT Supply Contract from Norway

▲ Doosan Infracore won a supply contract in Norway for 20 ADTs, the quantity equivalent to the company's annual sales in the country.

Doosan Infracore won a large contract for its ADT (articulated dump truck) in Norway, signaling a very propitious year for the company.

Doosan Infracore recently signed a supply contract with a Norwegian construction equipment rental company for twenty 40-ton ADTs to be deployed in various construction projects for tunnels, roads and wind power plants.

"ADTs are largely used in tough operating environments like mines and quarries, and a 20 ADT supply contract is the largest ever for the company," said an official of Doosan Infracore. "We won an ADT supply contract that surpasses the company's average annual sales volume of ADTs in Norway for the past three years right at the beginning of the new year."

It is said that DoosanCONNECT, Doosan Infracore's own telematics service, played a crucial role in helping the company win the contract. DoosanCONNECT provides customers wanting to receive information on the operation of dozens of construction equipment all at once in real time with customized information on equipment location, operation hours, fuel consumption and travel distances, which won the customer's hearts and minds.

Doosan Infracore's ADT is equipped with a six-wheel drive system. The weight of its cargo is distributed equally throughout the truck, providing the highest level of stability of any ADT on the market.
