HD Hyundai Infracore held ‘DEVELON Uptime Center Workshop’ at HD Hyundai Global R&D Center (GRC) on February 27.


Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Construction Equipment Division, Jaeyoung Moon, and 28 people in charge of digital content development and operation attended this workshop. The competitiveness of DEVELON's digital services was assessed, and the technologies and roadmaps being developed by various departments within the company were shared.


DEVELON Uptime Center, located on the 13th floor of GRC, was built to improve customer work productivity by comprehensively utilizing digital-based service technologies and to quickly resolve remote support requests from customers or distributors.
